  • 100g smetana ✅
  • Salt and pepper ✅

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  1. Cook the Vegetables:
    Boil the potatoes and carrots until tender but firm. Avoid overcooking to maintain a good texture.

  2. Hard-Boil the Eggs:
    Boil the eggs until hard, about 10 minutes.

  3. Peel and Prepare:
    Peel the potatoes, carrots, and eggs once cool.

  4. Cook the Beef:
    Boil or simmer the beef until fully cooked and tender.

  5. Dice Everything:
    Cut the potatoes, carrots, eggs, beef, and pickles into small cubes (about 1x1x1 cm).

  6. Cool the Ingredients:
    Let all ingredients cool completely before assembling the salad.

  7. Mix the Salad:
    In a large bowl, combine the diced ingredients, peas, smetana, and mayonnaise. Gently mix with a spatula to combine.
